Bilingual PI Intake Talent

Your intake team,
built right.

Bilingual intake candidates recruited and trained specifically for personal injury firms — before you ever interview them.

The Model

Match.

A stronger starting point for candidates. A simpler way for firms to decide who they want to meet.

Founding Partner Program

Meet and hire LTF-trained candidates at no placement cost.

Legal Talent Foundry is new, and we’re currently building our first group of partner firms. During this early stage, we’re waiving our placement fee entirely.

In exchange, we’re asking early partner firms for honest feedback on the experience and, where we’ve earned it, a review or recommendation that helps us build our track record.

Your firm hires and pays the candidate directly. All candidates in the current LTF pool have agreed to an hourly rate between $5–$7 USD , depending on experience.

A Better Starting Point

We don’t find intake specialists. We make them.

Most people don’t arrive at a new firm already knowing everything they need to know about personal injury intake.

That doesn’t mean they can’t become strong at it.

LTF recruits for the qualities that are harder to teach, then gives candidates a practical foundation before they ever interview with a firm.

The goal isn’t to replace your firm’s onboarding or internal processes. It’s to help candidates start from a stronger place.

Recruit. Train. Match.

We do more before the interview so firms and candidates can start the conversation with more context.

01

Recruit

We look for bilingual candidates with strong communication, professionalism, reliability, curiosity, and the kind of personality that works well in a client-facing role.

02

Train

Candidates complete live training designed around personal injury intake: role fundamentals, client communication, intake conversations, follow-up, remote work, professional expectations, and cultural context.

03

Match

Candidates who complete the process can enter the LTF Candidate Pool. You review who’s currently available and decide who you’d like to interview. You choose who joins your team.

Placement, Not Staffing

Your firm hires and manages your candidate directly.

LTF recruits, trains, evaluates, and introduces candidates. Once you choose someone, the working relationship is directly between your firm and the person you hire.

Your firm handles compensation, scheduling, management, equipment, and the ongoing working relationship.

LTF remains available after placement if questions or support come up.
